Nic Durso has more than 17 years of personal training experience along with other career accomplishments. Durso is a 4-time overall regional men's physic winner, has trained 3-time WBFF pro female competitors, ISSA certified, a 6-0 amateur boxer, as well as clean and health nutrition certified.
